When you purchase machine embroidery designs from Threads n Scissors you are the sole “authorised user”  of the software and are legally bound by the copyright laws that apply to this authorization.  This licence is not transferable to any other party.  By downloading the files you are agreeing to adhere to the guidelines listed here.  Purchase of these designs is a license to use these designs and does not allow duplication is any form.

You may use our designs on personal garments/projects.  You may also sell your projects.  We do not however permit mass production of our designs/projects.  You may not share, copy, resell or distribute our designs.  You may  not alter our designs.  You may however add lettering to personalize the designs.   You may not purchase designs in a group buy or on behalf of someone else.

All our designs have been tested extensively.  Threads n Scissors will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of using any of our designs.  The designs are sold in the listed formats with each design.

These guidelines apply to designs for purchase, free samples as well as ‘freebies’ offered by Threads n Scissors.

By providing Threads n Scissors with information that allows communication with you – such as your e-mail address – you agree to receive communication and marketing material from us.  All e-mail marketing communication will however contain an ‘unsubscribe’ link so that you can notify us should you no longer wish to receive advertisements from us and your name will be removed from our general database.

Refund Policy:

Corrupt Design/Zip files which are corrupt will be replaced upon proof of purchase.  Refunds will only be given when no solution to a problem can be offered.
